Liftoff Introduces New Features for Enhanced Drone Simulating Experience
September 22, 2025 - Liftoff, the premier drone simulator that captures the exhilaration of first-person view (FPV) drone racing and freestyle maneuvers, has launched an exciting update to its game.
New Features
- OSD Editor Tool: Players can now customize their On-Screen Display elements, colors, and placement to personalize their FPV experience. The OSD Editor also allows sharing custom layouts via Steam Workshop, enabling the community to download innovative ideas from fellow players.
Enhancements
- 'Friend' Icon on Leaderboards: This feature highlights scores of Steam friends, fostering a more connected and competitive community.
- 'Delete Record' Button: Pilots can now remove their leaderboard records with ease.
- Updated Leaderboard Functionality: Clicking on your personal entry scrolls directly to it, enhancing navigation and user experience.
Bug Fixes
A previously reported multiplayer issue has been resolved. Players returning to the game lobby from a race score screen will no longer be redirected back to that result screen.
